Ironclad Financial Ventures was founded to solve a problem we saw repeatedly in the real estate market — strong investors with solid deals being denied financing because they didn’t fit traditional bank requirements. We built Ironclad to provide a smarter, more flexible approach to real estate financing. Flexible financing traditional lenders can’t match

Ironclad Financial Ventures provides asset-based real estate financing designed specifically for investors and commercial property owners. While traditional lenders focus on strict income, credit, and documentation requirements, we focus on the strength of the property and the deal. Our programs remove many of the barriers investors face with traditional financing, offering up to 75% Loan-to-Value (LTV), no minimum credit requirement at 50% LTV or lower, and no title seasoning required at 50% LTV or lower. This flexible underwriting allows more investors to qualify and close.

Unlike retail lenders, we specialize in investment and commercial real estate financing. Our programs are built specifically for real estate investors across various property types, including SFR, 2-4 unit residential, 5+ unit multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail, warehouse, and automotive properties. We also specialize in structuring financing for complex or bank-declined deals, such as hard money refinance and bridge exits, low leverage / high equity deals, and transitional properties, focusing on solving problems rather than rejecting opportunities.
